We aim to work with growers and vineyards that share the same philosophy of farming practices that give back to the land, as in, organic and sustainable.
– Our grape philosophy
Our fruit is from the home vineyards on Anarchist Mountain, Osoyoos and east of Okanagan Falls along McLean Creek Road. We have growing partnerships with devoted, quality-driven growers through out the Okanagan Valley, including the Naramata Bench, Summerland and Kaleden.
Location: Located on the east side of Okanagan Valley in Osoyoos, this site is 1700 feet above the valley floor, experiencing cool mountain breezes in the evening after long hot days. This mountain grasslands area is home to Sage Brush, Antelope Brush and the Western Rattlesnake.
Vines: Planted in 1994 this vineyard has blocks of Merlot and Cabernet Franc in production now, there is a block of young vines Cabernet Franc that will come into production within a few growing seasons.
Soil: The soil is a slow draining mixture of silt and loam
Location: The vineyard is located east of the township of Okanagan Falls along McLean Creek Road adjacent to Peach Cliff.
Vines: Some of the oldest vines of Gewurztraminer are planted here in a south-west orientation. These vines were planted in 1994 from cuttings of a German variety.
Soil: Glacial and alluvial deposits in a mix of gravel and sandy loam.
